The 2020 Refresh was created for Museum of Ice Cream in San Francisco, CA. The project was designed to update the existing space to a non-seasonal state that could operate until Summer 2020. It opened on January 24, 2020 and is the current operating exhibit.
As the Experiential Producer, I collaborated with the Senior Head of Production on the 12 week development process, taking the project from initial concept development through to production and opening. This included the gutting and complete redesign of one exhibit and cosmetic changes to every room in the experience. We were able to deliver the project on time and under budget. In additional, I conducted daily show quality inspections of the space to ensure MOIC standards were met or exceeded. This was my final project with the company before my departure at the end of January 2020. |
